Product availability is clearly displayed on our site. If an item has low stock, a notice will be shown on the product page. Our products are sold during specific drops, and when items sell out, this will be clearly marked on the website. Customers may only purchase products that are in stock.


3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Method: Orders are shipped exclusively through UPS.
  • Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are determined by the carrier (UPS). Once the package is shipped, CREXE is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
  • Shipping Locations: CREXE currently ships only within the United States.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. CREXE will not be held liable for issues caused by incorrect shipping details provided by customers.


4. Returns and Refunds

CREXE does not accept returns unless the product is damaged. If a product is damaged, customers must:

  1. Provide proof of damage (such as photos) within 5 days of receiving the package.
  2. Upon confirmation of the damage, CREXE will provide an address for the return.
  3. After receiving and verifying the damaged item, a full refund will be issued, either through the website or via personal communication.

Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless otherwise stated.


5. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, designs, and content associated with CREXE are the exclusive intellectual property of CREXE. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or representation of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action under copyright laws.

While we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience, CREXE is not responsible for technical difficulties, such as website downtime or payment processing errors. However, we will make every effort to address and resolve such issues promptly.

  • Delivery delays caused by carriers.

Return and Refund Policy

At CREXE, we strive to deliver high-quality products and customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued. By purchasing from our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. No Returns Policy

CREXE does not accept returns unless the product is damaged upon delivery. Customers are advised to carefully review their orders before finalizing the purchase, as all sales are final once completed.

2. Damaged Items

Refunds are only issued for damaged items. To be eligible for a refund, customers must:

  • Provide Proof of Damage: Email photos of the damaged item, along with the order number, to crexecontact@gmail.com.
  • Report the Issue Promptly: Proof of damage must be submitted within 5 days of receiving the package.

Once the damage is verified:

  1. CREXE will provide a return address for the damaged item.
  2. Customers are required to ship the damaged item back to CREXE.
  3. Upon receipt and confirmation of the damage, a full refund will be issued.

3. Refund Method

Refunds will be processed:

  • Either through the original payment method via the website.
  • Or personally via PayPal, depending on the customer's preference.

CREXE will process refunds within 5 business days after confirming the item's damage and receiving the return.

4. Responsibility for Packages

Once the package is handed over to UPS, CREXE is no longer responsible for:

  • Delivery delays caused by the carrier.
  • Damage occurring during transit.
  • Lost or stolen packages.

Customers are encouraged to contact UPS directly for support with such issues.

5. Refund Requests

To initiate a refund request, customers must:

  • Email their request to crexecontact@gmail.com, including all required proof of damage and order details.

6. Final Sale Policy

Except for damaged items, all sales are final. Items cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons other than confirmed damage during shipping.
